Wash-bag Wednesday support from Colton Parish

Nov 28, 2020

Colton Parish gave huge support to the Wash Bag Wednesday appeal in aid of the Ulverston Foodbank for ‘washbag’ items, as well as foodstuffs.  Started by Maggie and Paulette in Lakeside/Finsthwaite, collection boxes were located in Bouth, Nibthwaite, Oxen Park and Rusland.  More was added by Rusland and District WI and two car-loads were delivered to a grateful Foodbank on Thursday 26th November, look at the photo!.

Thanks to all who supported and contributed.
