Cllr John Taylor is the contact for Finsthwaite and Lakeside and will be working closely with Vanessa Champion, former councillor. His latest update on shopping is as follows,
- The Hazelmere in Grange over Sands will be delivering bread, cakes and ready meals to Finsthwaite and Lakeside on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders and payments can be made by phone – 015395 32972 option 5.
- Fletcher’s in Grange (015395 32518) are taking orders over the phone for greengrocery/ grocery for later collection…. residents (in the area) have found Fletcher’s to be very helpful, friendly and reassuring.
- B E Hargan in Flookbrough (015395 59058) are taking orders (fruit and veg) and delivering to Finsthwaite on Thursdays.
