Meetings
The public are welcomed at all Parish Council meetings which start at 7pm and are held at Village Halls around the Parish. The Chair is available from 6.30pm for surgery sessions before each meeting. Early in the agenda there is a public participation item during which members of the public can speak at the discretion of the Chair.

- The council has no committees or sub-committees though has a number of working groups
- All meetings start at 7 pm on a Monday evening unless otherwise stated
- The Chair/vice-Chair will be available from 6.30 for a ‘surgery session’
- Agendas and minutes are available from the website or from the Parish Clerk
- Notices and agendas will be placed on notice boards and on the website at least 3 clear days in advance of each meeting
- Members of the public and press are welcome
- If anyone wishes to speak on a specific matter they need to approach the Clerk for a dispensation in advance
