Spark Bridge update

Cllr Abigail Bennett is your local coordinator, working with in partnership with the neighbouring Parish of Egton with Newland, Mansriggs and Osmotherley (ENMO for short!) to provide village-wide support.  Abigail says

“A neighbour …has agreed to be a coordinator with me and I have a volunteer in Colton and a couple who live in Spark Bridge….so far we haven’t had any requests for help.

To get information out we need to leaflet the village……but we need to be mindful of the government rules…..(though) could combine distributing leaflets with ‘permitted exercise’….(which) will take a couple of days to get the whole area done….

The Ulverston Group has leafleted door to door…. We have also put information on the notice board about the Crake Valley Group and the Hospice Group, as well as the list of local shops”
